A quick call to understand you
Start with a short call so we get what you actually need from area, budget, lifestyle, timeline, the vibe you’re after. This also covers the standard ID/KYC checks required of all property agents in Singapore, quick and routine.

A shortlist that fits
We pull together a shortlist of places that genuinely match your specs.

Virtual viewings, before you even land
Not in Singapore yet? We’ll walk you through places over video so you can shortlist, and even secure a home before you arrive. No landing here homeless or overspending on hotels.

Viewings, in person
Once you’re here (or for the final shortlist), I take you around personally to see the homes that made the cut.

Offer & admin, handled
When you’ve found it, I put through the offer, handle the negotiation, and manage the paperwork, including reviewing the tenancy agreement so you’re protected on the lease and the deposit once you move on.

Move in, ready
Through our own services group, we can also get the place inspected pre-tenancy and cleaned before you move in:
Pre-tenancy inspection (powered by SG DefectScan) — optional, to catch defects and document condition properly, so your deposit is protected at move-out.
Cleaning (powered by SG Cleaning Co) — optional, for homes that aren’t handed over clean.

Hi, I’m Heman.
I'm the face behind the 'Door', a brand that's part of a larger focus, The Yellow Door. I'm a business owner who came into property the long way round. Before this, I spent a decade building businesses, and more recently a group of home service companies, cleaning, inspection, painting, with more to come.
Looking after homes has become a passion beyond transacting them. I'm a straightforward, beer-over-a-chat kind of person, and I care a lot about getting the vibe right, which is the difference between a flat that's just available and a home that actually feels like yours.

Some homes I list directly are free to you as a tenant; the landlord side covers any commission and fees to us.
Bespoke search
When we search the market to find your place, a flat fee applies, typically around half a month's rent per year of the lease. This is always agreed with you upfront, before any work begins. In some cases, the landlord covers this fee, meaning there's no cost to you at all.
Home services
Cleaning, inspection, painting and more, offered at preferential rates.
No hidden costs. You’ll always know exactly what’s what before anything happens.
